EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
We have an exchange policy of 14 days after receiving your candle, it only applies when your candle arrives broken due to transport. This policy does not apply to changes of mind. Please send us a photo of the item in question with your order number by email to email@example.com. To be eligible, it must be in the same condition as received, unused and in its original packaging.
Candles are final sale. If you want to modify your order and you have not yet received the shipping notification, contact us as soon as possible with your order number through the contact page. However, once your order has been sent, it will, unfortunately, no longer be possible to modify it.
